Our menu changes nightly, below is a sample menu.


Brie Cheese Coated in an herb batter and coconut flakes and lightly fried. Served with papaya salsa, brandied apples and three grain mini-loaf. $13.00

French Fried Zucchini Island zucchini, battered and fried golden. $8.00

Baked Mushroom Caps Stuffed with herbs, smoked ham and turkey, Swiss and cheddar cheeses. $10.50

Chicken Tuscany Sauteed boneless chicken breast spiced with nutmeg, tarragon, green onions with a white wine cream sauce and grapes. $26.00

Duck à l’Orange Roasted with a melange of oranges, pepper and garlic. Served with apricot mustard glaze. $33.00

Eggplant Marinara Eggplant, red and green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, fresh basil sauteed and blended with marinara topped with melted cheddar and swiss cheese, served on pasta or rice pilaf. $24.00

Fresh Catch Of The Day Prepared three ways: sauteed in piccata sauce, broiled and topped with mango chutney glaze with crushed macadamia nuts, or blackened Cajun style with papaya salsa.  Market Price

Lamb Provencal Rack of lamb, baked with fresh herbs and seasoned bread crumbs. Garnished with papaya apple mint sauce. $41.00

New York Steak Certified Angus steak, pressed in freshly cracked peppercorns, pan seared or broiled and topped with sauteed mushrooms, baked garlic and shallots. Served with Nicole sauce. $34.00

Paupiettes of Beef Rolls of sliced prime rib, stuffed with a blend of mushrooms, beef, herbs and cheese, crispy fried and topped with a Robert’s sauce. $34.00

Prawns Risotto Gulf prawns sauteed with garlic, shallots, green onion, flamed with brandy and finished with a caress of coconut milk. $35.00

Prosciuto Primavera Italian style ham with a medley of vegetables in bechamel sauce over Pappardelle pasta. $28.00

Seafood Mauna Kea A variety of seafood, sauteed and topped with a sauce of creme fraiche, shallots, mushrooms, bell peppers and fresh basil, served on a bed of pasta. $33.50
